The NYTimes on "The Prof. as Open Book"
Wow. Looks like the social media is catching up to Higher Ed! Well...sort of. If the NYTimes article is to be believed we Prof's are wildly connected.
Um...
Ok...maybe those they interviewed...and me...and um....

I think you and the NYT are on to something! ;) I've definitely noticed that many of my colleagues at both institutions I teach at (Champlain and SVA) are social network aficionados. What I mean is that they aren't only on Facebook and Myspace, but they're also branching out to even more networks, many niche based. Its really some wild times we're living in right now!
