Need to be curious about:

Color, composition, line, form, typography, identity, html, UI design, CSS, Flash, templates and objects, and self-management, presentation, competitive analysis and collaboration. (I would add MARKETING here!)

Process of inquiry and being able to state WHY a decision is made with CONFIDENCE is GOLD!

In design, what is important?

1. simplicity
2. control (consumer) -- if the user can't personalize it, it's not going to work!
3. aesthetics -- can be the differentiator (create objects of desire)
